Reporting to the VP of Revenue, the Director of Finance - PMO Revenue Transformation will -lead the Global Revenue Organizations operational needs around scaling processes systems and tools. The ideal candidate will understand the existing Finance systems landscape, identify opportunities for efficiencies improvement and work with the IT organization to deliver system enhancements and or implement new applications. You will be responsible to define long-term strategy, help drive prioritization analyze trade-offs and collaborate on the overall Financial System roadmap to improve existing and future state of operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a change-oriented leader, thrives in an ambiguous constantly changing environment and enjoy orchestrating people and wrangling complicated cross functional challenges. This role will manage projects, not people. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Leadership and Process Excellence:

  • Experience in creating an environment where people want to achieve their best. You should be able to motivate direct reports, team, or project members and have a keen sense on how to assess individuals or a team to ensure you are maximizing their potential. Experience should include specific examples of growing and developing a team via your management approach to help develop competency and empowering others to make decisions.
  • Your leadership style should include collaboration, partnership and inclusions as well as the ability and willingness to recognize both individual and team contributions that are important to the overall success of the team .
  • Proven ability to deliver and drive to results in measurable and defined ways
  • Process management excellence - resourceful in creating of fine tuning the processes necessary to complete the work along with the ability organize people and activities.
  • Not a micromanager but an empowering leader who can picture and articulate what needs to be accomplished and how to separate or combine tasks into efficient workflows for scalability.
  • Exceptional problem solver - uses rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and is excellent at honest analysis. Doesn't stop at first answers rather he/she will strive to seek the correct answer.
  • Strong business acumen - can identify risk and opportunity Daily Tasks:
    • Creating and managing program plans to ensure transparency and successful delivery.
    • Lead project from ideation thru to implementation. Develop project plans, and schedules, balance resources, and track the completion of milestones.
    • Manage and mitigate cross functional risks and dependencies.
    • Created clarify of roles and responsibilities, drive ownership.
    • Orchestrate stakeholders, including leading relevant steering committees and governance structures.
    • Helping the organization drive simplicity by connecting our challenges to organizational re-design and how things can be different.
    • Understanding and applying program management standards including writing quality business cases, applying a rigor to return on investments calculations and always having accurate report on where things stand. Qualifications: -
      • 10+ -years of -in-depth experience with major financial ERP systems -(such as SAP, -Oracle -or -NetSuite, Rev Pro -highly preferred).
      • Ability to ensure projects run on-time and to-budget. -
      • Comfortable with visible position and regular interaction with -senior leaders. -
      • Change management -expertise -related to both project implementation and system changes. -
      • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groups and influence without authority. -
      • Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills. -
