Administrative Assistant responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks that support the efficient operation of the Company.Support clerks/Administrative Assistants may or may not be assigned to all the essential duties for the department. Essential functions include the following:Enter new business into database Process incoming and outgoing mail Generate reports Set up new clients and manage CW client log-in Receptionist functions Scan, copy, index, fax and collate documents Answer overflow calls from Receptionist Distribute documents to various departments Process correspondence, including letters, email and bankruptcy notifications Update client and debtor info into database Process and manage online credit disputes Perform other duties as assigned
