Job Description:

A construction company in Oakland has an immediate need for an Office Assistant, who is bi-lingual in Spanish. Looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and reliable. Will be responsible for answering phones, filing, greeting walk-in's, and other basic admin tasks. It is a small office, with only 1-2 other admins working there, so we need someone who is flexible, friendly and ready to help. Looking for proficiency in the MS Office Suite, and Lotus Notes experience is a plus. We are looking to hire soon, so don't hesitate, apply today!
