We work with some of the largest brands across the globe and need the best and the brightest to make them successful.As a Sr. Marketing Automation Advisor I, you will have held multiple marketing positions and are well versed in business acumen. You have the technical aptitude to design and implement 1:1 marketing programs to move leads through a "buyer's journey". You are comfortable analyzing the key causes of data integrity issues (accuracy, duplication and completeness), drive processes/systems that solve these issues and communicate them with confidence to the internal team. You are also comfortable moving a strategy forward with confidence.Essential responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and test complex workflows independently
• Design and pull reports to create dashboards
• Make recommendations to stakeholders based on actionable insights and analysis
• Provide expertise and implement campaigns to build a best-in-class marketing database and increase engagement with customers over time, leveraging both marketing automation and general B2B marketing acumen
• Design, automate, and execute Marketo campaigns
• Act as Marketo Sandbox admin and assist in developing and training on more intermediate/advanced functions for consultants who are new to the field or who would like to receive refresher training. .
• Understand stakeholder objectives, share implementation plans, and deliver results in a timely manner
• Develop playbooks for scaling similar deliverables (i.e. email preference center blueprints/processes, lead scoring, lead routing/mgmt, etc) and training new consultants on how to utilize the playbooks for success.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to shape, build, and launch engaging email campaignsMinimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 7-9 years relevant experience
  • 5 years experience in Marketo, including with migrations and integrations.
  • Marketo MCE Certification
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRMs
  • Experience in business analytics and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to effectively mentor other consultants for success.
  • Ability to effectively delegate work to other consultants so you can focus on client strategic objectives as requested.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline driven environmentNice to Haves/preferred qualifications::
    • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with/passionate about industry best practices
    • Experience in B2B marketing
    • Experience with other automation platforms
    • Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills
