You'll play a key role in this mission, building upon your emerging technical skills in solutions engineering, applying them within the Databricks platform, and demonstrating to customers how to address real-world data challenges. • Build successful relationships with customers across your territory, providing technical and business value in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Become an expert in big data analytics to excite and advise customers about Databricks. Develop into a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Support customers by creating reference architectures, how-tos, demo applications, and leading regional workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to build the Databricks community.
• Enhance your knowledge to become a technical or industry specialist.What we look for:
  • At least 2+ years of technical experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Scala, and proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and architectures is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
  • Ability to meet technical training and role-specific outcomes within 6 months of hire.Pay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair compensation.
