You will be responsible for architecting scalable AI solutions, optimizing machine learning pipelines, and integrating intelligent technologies into blockchain ecosystems, ensuring PIP Labs stays at the forefront of innovation in both AI and decentralized technologies.Your work will directly impact the development of groundbreaking tools and platforms that empower creators, protect intellectual property, and unlock new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.Key Responsibilities

• AI and Blockchain Integration: Design and implement advanced AI solutions that seamlessly interface with PIP Labs' blockchain protocols, with a strong emphasis on the innovative Proof-of-Creativity protocol. Your work will ensure AI-driven insights and functionalities are effectively embedded into decentralized systems.
• Tooling & SDK Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance AI SDKs, APIs, and tools to streamline AI application development. Ensure smooth integration of these tools with the underlying blockchain and IP infrastructure, enabling developers and partners to leverage PIP Labs' technology effortlessly.
• Collaboration & Partnerships: Collaborate with external AI service providers, blockchain developers, and cross-functional internal teams to define and meet technical integration requirements. Drive forward-thinking innovations that bridge the gap between AI and blockchain technologies.
• AI Evangelism & Internal Enablement: Champion AI best practices and tooling within the company. Promote and facilitate the adoption of AI-driven solutions across teams to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation internally at PIP Labs.
• Innovation & Roadmap: Lead research efforts and shape the strategic roadmap for integrating AI and blockchain technologies. Provide actionable insights and direction based on industry trends, cutting-edge research, and practical experience to ensure PIP Labs remains a pioneer in this transformative space.Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field. A strong academic foundation in AI and computer systems is essential for success in this role.
  • AI Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML models, including neural networks, transformers, and generative models. Proficiency in training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI applications, with a track record of building impactful AI-driven solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages like Python. Experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and orchestrating DAG workflows for scalable, efficient systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges, especially those at the intersection of AI and decentralized technologies. Emphasis on designing solutions with scalability, performance, and security in mind.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of blockchain technologies, including smart contract protocols. Experience with NFTs, digital IP, or decentralized creative ecosystems is a significant advantage, highlighting a strong alignment with PIP Labs' focus areas.At PIP Labs, you'll be part of a pioneering company that's rewriting the rules of intellectual property for the AI age.
