• You will develop product roadmaps and associated business plans, driving products through their lifecycle from market analysis and requirements gathering to scoping, planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.n
• To drive product strategy, you will leverage your knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape. You will also use your understanding of healthcare provider and payor pain points in diagnostic imaging to develop product concepts aligned with business objectives.n
• You will manage complex product definition and development schedules across both hardware and software, including coordination with both internal and external teams, and prioritization of activities to de-risk development or reduce clinical uncertainty.n
• You will help establish/refine processes for efficient product portfolio management and product definition.n
• You will develop a clinical collaboration strategy and will manage relationships with key clinical advisors, including holding advisory meetings.n
• As our team grows, you will coordinate the activities of other product managers dedicated to subsystems and/or product lines.nnnQualifications:nn
  • n
  • BA/BS, MS, MBA or Ph.D. degree in a technical and/or clinical fieldn
  • 10+ years of technical, hands-on systems product management experience in a medical device company, from product strategy to releasen
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teamsn
  • Deep domain experience in at least one medical imaging modality (ultrasound strongly preferred)n
  • Strong understanding of imaging modality systems' components and architecturen
  • Experience with developing product insights/strategies aligned with healthcare ecosystem dynamics (financial, operational, and clinical)n
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals according to timelines and to adapt product strategy based on changing business, regulatory needs, and healthcare industry trendsnn
