- If you're interested in designing, implementing, and maintaining various security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks and managing Information Security audits and third-party risk assessments in multiple cloud environments, then Genesys is looking for you. - We're seeking an experienced Security & Compliance Manager to join us in this multifaceted endeavor to protect our customers' data, products, and Genesys Engage infrastructure which serves them. If you want to work with cutting-edge technologies, state-of-the-art tools, and a friendly, mission-oriented team, we want to talk with you. What you'll do: In collaboration with the Product Security & Compliance team:
--- Own & execute Information Security and compliance certification audits, like ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, HITRUST, NIST 800-53, or similar frameworks
--- Perform Third-party vendor risk assessments
--- Audit defense of the Genesys environment with 3rd party & customer audits. -
--- Review, define and document security policies and procedures
--- Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs, like GRC assessments. -
--- Collaborating effectively across multiple organizations with diverse personalities and expertise to drive consensus on complex issues
--- Working with various stakeholders (internal and external) across product lines to assess and identify security compliance gaps and propose technical remediation solutions and options necessary to secure a certification
--- Ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Genesys & customer data
- What you will bring to the role:
--- 3+ years in the field of information security, audits, governance, risk management, or compliance
--- 2+ years of experience with information security audits or assessments
--- Proven history of successfully implementing security controls, testing, or programs in an enterprise environment
--- Solid understanding of Information Security best practices and Its application in an enterprise environment
--- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
--- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively or independently to accomplish high profile or time-sensitive tasks
--- Successful record of troubleshooting & problem solving
--- Ability to work with a geographically diverse team
--- Inherent curiosity and the willingness to learn
- Preferred Qualifications:
--- BA/BS in a related degree
--- Applicable industry security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPT, etc.)
--- Knowledge in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery or DevOps environment
--- Security control & assessment experience in a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environment
--- Innovative thinking to solve problems in ways that meet both customer and business goals
--- Understanding of Resiliency, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery processes -
- Compensation and Benefits: -
--- Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $99,450 - $206,550. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. -
