What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a person to re-open our space house in Club Quarters Hotel in the Fi-DI of San Francisco. This person must be passionate, organized, well-rounded who also likes selling, has exceptional communication skills, is very comfortable with digital marketing (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.). Be the ultimate team player: able to multi-task with while providing stellar customer service, all while maintaining a can-do attitude and having fun.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to essentially run a small business. The nature of our business also requires high level of communication to management. Someone who can manage all tasks associated with driving membership sales, with the expectation of meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Develop comprehensive acquisition plans for future business development and make smart business decisions regarding the right companies to partner with.

Required for position:

Proficiency with Mac or Google products (iMac, iPhone, iPad) and should currently use an iPhone or Google Phone.

Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Proficient with web applications like Gmail, Google Suite, Mail Chimp, CRMs,

Minimum 3-year sales experience

Creative content experience plus social media savvy and ability to interface with major digital marketing outlets such as Google AdWords, Email Campaigns, Facebook Ads, AdRoll, etc., and consulting on website content, email newsletters, and blogs.

Hospitality/service industry/event planning experience is a plus - we are a very customer service oriented

Work Environment & Compensation:

The position is 40 hours per week, located in San Francisco. The Manager will report to the Hotel Manager.

Salary range: $85,000-$91,000 with bonus options and commensurate with experience.

Club Quarters offers two paid weeks of vacation (10 days) after your first year of employment and scales up thereafter plus (9) paid holidays annually.

We offer a flexible work schedule with a focused office hours between 9am-5pm or when needed, and a cell phone reimbursement. 1-year commitment in this role is required.
