Job Description:

Service Dispatcher Position:


Responsible for answering multiple telephone lines, taking customer information, inputing the info into the dispatch system, and dispatching the technicians accordingly.


The requirements for this included maintaining constant contact with the technicians,prioritizing service requests and maintaining follow-up work. Also performed various office duties as requested



Will be dispatching technicians: All of Northern Cal and Central.


Must be familiar with on demand dispatching and NOT scheduling technicians.


Must have good grammar


Must be able to multi-task. Will be using 4 in-house systems at one time. In house, GPS, email and the customer's website.


Will be taking customer's phone calls while also dispatching.
