Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Facility: Providence Santa
Rosa Memorial Hospital Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405 Shift: Day
3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Day 3x12-Hour (09:00 - 21:30)
Requirements CA RN License required BLS required Minimum 3years of
experience required Must have trauma, neuro, vascular and ortho
experience due to trauma status. Epic experience required Trauma
Level 1 experience required Prior travel experience required May
need to cover one night shift within their contract as needed.
Weekend is required
