Job Description:
Vi seeks a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our
team at our luxury senior living community. This role is pivotal in
enhancing our high standards of resident care and nursing
excellence. The Assistant Director of Nursing will work closely
with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operations of our
nursing department, ensuring optimal care and compliance with state
and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep
understanding of geriatric care, excellent leadership skills, and
the ability to maintain the highest levels of patient care and
satisfaction. Assist in managing the nursing staff and oversee the
daily operations of the department. Develop and implement nursing
care plans and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and
regulations. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize
resident care and rehabilitation. Assist with budget planning and
maintain records of the nursing department's expenses. Provide
training, mentorship, and professional development for nursing
staff. Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare services
provided to residents. Implement safety and health protocols and
respond to resident emergencies with professionalism. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and standards Proficiency in healthcare management systems and
software Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic
environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified
in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification is desirable
