Therapist (San Mateo / Peninsula) Compensation: Up to $240k Total

Local Focus: This role is exclusively for San Mateo County . You
will never be asked to float to San Francisco or the East Bay.
Financial Package We believe top clinicians deserve top-tier pay.
Base Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Based on experience)
Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 25% of your salary based on
quality metrics. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Total Earning Potential:
$200,000 – $247,500 in your first year. Your Toolkit (Benefits)
