Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel PT: Field position-Walnut Creek/ Antioch Home Health Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday LOCALS OK Home Health experience preferred- willing to consider candidates with no HH experience CA license in hand preferred Oasis experience required GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed COVID Exemptions permitted Mileage between patients- IRS Standard Please Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience Accepting pending CA license.
