Job Description Job Type – Full Time Schedule – Days, M- 8-5 Pay – $225,000 - $250,000 plus $15k sign on Patients Per Day – 18 Setting – Outpatient Job Description A Pleasanton, California based client is seeking an experienced, collaborative family practice physician to join its primary care team at a community health center. An ideal candidate works well amongst an interdisciplinary team, is bilingual in Spanish and English (not a requirement) and can be a new graduate. This role involves providing primary care services to a community in an outpatient setting. Required Qualifications Attended an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree Completed an accredited residency program DEA certificate Board certification or eligible in internal medicine or family medicine BLS certification Responsibilities Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and taking patient history Supervises assigned NP and PA staff on clinical responsibilities Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures, manage wounds and injuries, and educate patients on their treatment plans Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy Assist with utilization review, quality assurance, and risk management programs Benefits Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for direct hire providers who work 0.8-1.0 FTE Employer paid health, dental, and vision benefits to the employee Option to participate in a 403(B) retirement plan with employer matching contribution Participation in our Care-Based Incentive Plan 12 paid holidays Accrued paid time off with each pay period Employee discount programs Relocation bonus License and DEA renewal fee reimbursement Partial educational reimbursement Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement program Medical Malpractice Coverage Colleague Referral Bonus Program National Health Service Corps Student Loan Repayment Program Participant.
