  • Review and organize prep sheets for catering orders.
  • Finalize proper packaging and presentation before orders go out to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Work in tandem with the Kitchen Manager to deliver exceptional catering experiences.Catering Expeditor Requirements
    • Solid foundation in culinary skills, time management, and organization skills
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
