In this job you will partner with our clients and our consultants to make them successful in their MarTech efforts. As our newest member, you will bring a mix of Marketing and Web Development experience to a team of highly motivated and creative technologists. You'll wear a variety of interesting hats and deliver innovative solutions that help multiple internal and external clients. We want to hear from you if you---re passionate about: Supporting Internal and External stakeholder requests for coding, troubleshooting, and creative technical problem solving Building and writing code for Marketo email templates (1.0 and 2.0) and Marketo landing page templates (guided and free-form) Strong system architecture and administrator skills Ability to convert marketing ideas into technical realities Developing world-class marketing automation capabilities with various marketing technologies Prioritizing data quality Working and mastering integrations between a myriad of different platforms Performing detailed quality assurance checks and approving marketing assets from other marketing automation specialists Working with an already amazing team to continue to build out and scale our MarTech Practice Qualifications Experience working in a marketing-related development role (e.g. Web Development) Experience with Salesforce.com Strong HTML/CSS experience 5 years of PHP, JavaScript/jQuery WordPress Laravel or other MVC frameworks APIs (Marketo, SFDC, Netsuite, etc) Mobile frameworks such as bootstrap & foundation Ability to gather user requirements and share them with the development team Agile project management experience Amazing time management skills Amazing client managing skills Amazing documentation skills Expert ability to be responsive to clients and colleagues Someone who can establish themselves as our SME and Domain Expert It would be awesome if you have: 5 years--- experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Campaign Management Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Infusionsoft, Eloqua, Pardot) MySQL database knowledge API experience (SOAP and REST) Marketing Automation Experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) Site Metrics / Google analytics Experience scaling MarTech practices Who thrives with us: People who want to learn, but are self-motivated in learning from their projects People who enjoy the really hard problems People who enjoy having too much vs. too little to do People who like creating from nothing ( We still need a lot built to support our growth) People who understand how to build and maintain relationships with their coworkers and their clients People who like making others successful and understand the value of that as much as making themselves successful People who leave their ego's at home and really enjoy working with other brilliant people Marvel Marketers is an Equal Opportunity Employer Marvel Marketers offers Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Optional Chiro, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick, 401K, Full Bootcamp Marketo Level 1 and Level 2 Training.
