You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and engineering of critical payments systems. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Build reliable, auditable systems for payments, credit, and adjustments. Design simulation systems to analyze the impact of new projects and high business impact bug fixes.
    • Provide technical leadership and develop a strategic roadmap for integrating off-system payment workflows into payment systems, and enhance onboarding efficiency.
    • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines, while making sound strategic decisions, prioritizing effectively, and driving technical excellence
    • Exert strong influence on system designs, both as an initiator and reviewer, with the ability to delve deeply in critical projects.
