Overview Enterprise Business & Technology Modernization is a
cross-functional organization leading PG&E’s Propel and Elevate
programs, a major business and technology modernization initiative
designed to unlock customer value by simplifying collaborative work
processes. Elevate will migrate PG&E to the new version of GIS
and Utility Network, presenting a unique opportunity for PG&E
to standardize business processes, move to out of the box
technology, and enable innovation for breakthrough change across
Engineering, Operations, and Information Technology. Enterprise
Business & Technology Modernization is comprised of
multi-disciplinary coworkers with deep functional and industry
expertise to design and implement end-to-end business processes and
technology solutions following industry-leading practices. The team
partners closely with IT and external partners to work
collaboratively with many stakeholders to adopt standard processes
and maximize the use of out-of-the-box proven technology solutions

our customers. Position Summary Leads and supports aspects of the
Elevate program implementation and operations. Ensures the Elevate
program is operating effectively. Supports in the development of
the program in areas such as resource management, governance,
budget accountability, contract management, data visualization and
KPIs, and scheduling. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay
range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual
will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to,
internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or
certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.
The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the
midpoint $129,000 - $168,000. The final decision will be made on a
case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also
eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive
compensation programs. Bay Area Min: $ 129,000 Bay Area Max: $
207,000 This position is hybrid, working from your remote office at
our Oakland Headquarters based on business need, which can be up to
three times per week. The assigned work location will be within the
PG&E Service Territory. Job Responsibilities Leads complex or
midsize projects. Identifies new partners, technologies, and
delivery channels. Develops and manages department expense budget.
Regularly monitors expenses against forecast, providing explanation
or justification for budget items and/or variances. Communicates
project status to all stakeholders. Mentors and provides guidance
to less experienced colleagues. Presents findings and makes
recommendations to management. Performs analysis on complex data
models requiring customized reports and data and presents
recommendations. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelors Degree or
equivalent experience Job-related experience, 8 years Desired:
Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management
Professional certification Contracts Management Experience working
in a utility Experience managing multi-year, multi-million dollar,
and cross-functional programs.
