hours: 1st year = No Requirement! This is your learning year! 2nd
year = 1800 requirement 3rd year () = 2000! Bonuses: Once you hit
your billables, you're earning a percentage of everything else you
bring in! 0-3rd years = 35% commission 4-6th years = 40% 7-9th
years = 45% 10 years = 50% Job Details Requirements: Licensed to
practice law in California 1 years of Workers' Compensation
