Join us if you are interested in leading the transformation and shaping the future of customer experience.Your Role and Responsibilities:Industry Solution Management is a new team within the Strategy function led by our Global VP of Strategy with the charter to steer our strategy and direction for all industry sectors. As the global leader for the Finance Sector, you will focus on banking, insurance and capital markets to explore industry-specific opportunities, define offers, and launch solutions. In the first year you will---Identify and prioritize industry-specific needs and opportunities. Develop a library of Experience Blueprints for priority verticals.Engage with lighthouse customers to validate new concepts.Own all aspects of offer definition and pricing for industry solutions.Recruit ISV---s and developers to fill product and service gaps.Productize industry-specific content, services and integrations.Define and launch industry solutions with strategic alliances.Consult industry analysts to guide our vision and investments.Drive thought leadership through industry events and forums.Your work and recommendations will form the basis of our global go-to-market, from identifying and validating the right opportunities to informing our build, buy or partner decisions.Your Skills and Experience:You understand the Finance Sector, and you---re ready to bring your strategic thinking, customer obsession, and passion for innovation to work. You are an agent of change and thrive in cross-company initiatives to drive new ideas and concepts. You are a strong team leader, able to cultivate relationships with senior management and manage virtual global teams. You have an exceptional ability to see through the noise and identify new market opportunities. You love interacting with customers and have trusted relationships with innovators and disruptors across the health ecosystem. You are disciplined and methodical in your approach but prepared to hustle and work on tight timelines.
