Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or
international environment working on core administrative tasks
(e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management,
facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience in direct executive support, project management or
event planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent
attention to detail along with excellent organizational
skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fluid
environment.
- Ability to learn new things along with excellent creative and
problem-solving skills.
- Ability to propose solutions and seek opportunities with
excellent critical thinking skills.

- Perform an array of administrative tasks for multiple Directors
and Offices (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities
and equipment).
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing
operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Plan and execute events (All Hands presentations, Offsites,
leadership meetings) by coordinating content creation, organizing
fun events, identifying speakers.
- Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
- Process and manage expense submissions on behalf of the Senior
Director, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely
