Job Description:

Immediate need for Reimbursement Claims counselors--bilingual Spanish/English a plus!

Position pays up to $50K depending on experience, upon regular hire

Duties include:

*Responsible for overseeing all cases from the beginning of the referral to final resolution including appeal approvals.

*Answering Incoming Hot line Calls

*Managing the Hourly Fax Server

*All Case Manager Tasks

*Completing Initial Calls to Patients

*Calling Patients with Benefit Results

*Contacting Families to Discuss CoPay Assistance

*Evaluating Case for Patient Assistance/PAP/NORD

*Placing Follow-up on Consent Form

*Placing Follow-up on Missing Information

*Retrieving Medical Documents

*Obtaining Denial Letters

*Conducting Alternative Coverage searches

*Entering referrals

*Sending Acknowledgment Fax to MDO

*Managing the Fax Server
