  • Work 1:1 with patients on behavior reductions, social skills, and other activities as laid out in individualized intervention plans
  • Enter data for each patient
  • Work directly with Clinical, Regional, and Operations Directors as you help children in program
  • Be a part of a creative team that will design, test, and implement a new training programJob Requirements for Quality Control Behavior Technician:
    • Good interpersonal and teaching skills
    • Excellent computer and writing skills
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Reliable Transportation
    • US work authorization
    • Ability to Actively play with kids for 20 minutes at a time
    • Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs
    • Availability at least 12 hrs/wk M-F from 3-7PM and 1 hr monthly meeting via ZoomEmployees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance and Immunization records (including COVID-19) prior to starting work.
