- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a quantitative
research role (agency or client side preferred)
- Successful completion of studies (e.g., Masters, PhD) in
Business (Marketing, MBA), Social Sciences (Psychology), or a
related field
- Experience working with quantitative survey data, including
creating questionnaires, collecting primary data,
cleaning/validating data, and visualizing results
- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative research methods
- Strong mathematical skills to analyze complex data
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SPSS, R,
etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and initiative
- Ability to learn quickly, seek information, and apply complex
processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and
written)What You'll DoYour main role is to support our team through
all project phases, executing specific tasks in collaboration with
the project leader. You will assist in planning and implementing
quantitative research for various projects, working closely with
data to enable project leads to deliver compelling stories to
clients. This includes data analysis, interpretation,
visualization, reporting, and presenting results.What we're looking
