  • Received 77 Leader badges across all market segments on G2 in 2024.About the RoleWe seek a stellar Solutions Consultant to drive growth at Whatfix. You will be the product expert from demo to Proof of Concept, partnering with Sales to articulate the value of Whatfix solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HCM/HR applications, with proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, and customer engagement, bringing industry expertise, technical skills, and a customer-first mindset.What you'll own:
    • Design and deliver tailored demos that align Whatfix's capabilities with prospect needs, through onsite meetings, presentations, and live/online demos.
    • Support RFxs, security assessments, and technical diligence with accuracy and responsiveness.
    • Communicate customer requirements to Product Management.
    • Partner with sales to plan and execute strategic deals, including discovery, value assessment, and POCs.
    • Create collateral demonstrating compliance with security and privacy requirements.
    • Be the SME on Whatfix products and the competitive landscape.
    • Study deployments across industries to develop best practices and use cases.
    • Learn about customers' businesses and industry trends to provide thought leadership on how Whatfix solves their pain points.Key Qualifications:
      • 5+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting at enterprise SaaS companies.
      • Deep understanding of HCM/HR platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM.
      • Experience working with clients in regulated industries, especially Federal, Government, Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
      • Knowledge of IT/security environments and compliance standards like FedRAMP.
      • Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, uncover needs, and co-create solutions.
      • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience with CRM platforms and adapting solutions to various industries.
      • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
      • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, team-oriented.
      • Start-up experience is a plus; self-starter with a hustle mentality.
      • Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings.We value collaboration, innovation, and human connection.
