Near is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to serve as marketing support for our growing sales team. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and will own the relationship between Product Marketing and Sales. You will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing to develop and implement a Sales Enablement strategy and implement that strategy to empower our sales team. As such it will be important for you to build and maintain a strong relationship with our sales team to help support them as their key point of contact in marketing. A DAY IN THE LIFE: * Create and deliver best-in-class accessible courses, programs, content, and demo flows that helps our sales people perform their jobs better * Partner with go-to-market leadership to define sales curriculum strategy at Near * Develop scalable ways to introduce new content and update existing trainings * Leverage data and insights to identify key learning opportunities and gaps * Become an expert in our products, go-to-market philosophy, and our industry * Build a strong relationship with the sales team to empathize with the realities of their jobs, while be willing to challenge assumptions to help the sales organization grow * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with sales team members to make sure they are supported and learn everything you can about their process and challenges * Be a vocal champion for sales / go-to-market programs at Near * Create and promote sales-enabling documents such as: product white papers, product competition documents (e.g. battlecards), product tutorial videos, vertical-specific talking points and slides * Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing on product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint * Develop expert knowledge of our products global buying audiences and their needs and act as a subject matter expert who transfers knowledge about markets, buyers and product across marketing and sales functions WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: * 2-3 years professional experience in product marketing, learning and development, revenue enablement, sales, go-to-market, or similar (bonus points for a combination!) * High ownership: you wont be satisfied until every salesperson achieves their potential * Startup B2B experience highly preferred * Sales experience or understanding of SAAS sales best practices, preferred * An execution mindset where you are happy to roll up your sleeves and do the work * Effectiveness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup environment. * Collaborative, able to work across functional teams * Appetite for the technical: youll jump right and learn how our products work * Outstanding verbal and written communicator: you make the complex simple * Familiarity with common sales tools like Hubspot and Gong * Bachelors degree required ABOUT NEAR Near is the world's largest source of intelligence on people and places, processing data from over 1.6 billion monthly users across 44 countries.
