Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:
-8+ Years experience as Director of Sales or Director of Sales in a LUXURY/ BOUTIQUE hotel setting
-Must love to sell, build client relationships, and hold the team accountable
-Must be goal driven and have great people skills to book repeat business
-Must have strong attention to detail and have a passion for the hotel industry
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to lead and motivate a team
-Proven sales record in a hotel setting
-Social media skills
