Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project
management. 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain
management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product
Introduction (NPI) role. Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's
degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations
Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field. 5 years
of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations. Knowledge
about typical hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process
documentation and assembly and test processes. Ability to be an
effective communicator of project requirements and schedules. About

lead multidisciplinary projects. You plan requirements with
internal customers and usher projects through the entire project
lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying
risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your

your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's

range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external
partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure
transition to production within cost, quality and capacity
parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting
program goals. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as
external partners (i.e., material availability,
cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for
specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule
or demand.
