Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Location: Terraces of Los Gatos, 800 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos , CA 95032 Schedule: Full-time PM shift, rotating is a 4 on 2 off schedule PM shift -3:00 pm-11:00 pm (7.5 Hours) Pay: $ 28.00 - 35/hours, DOE shift differential for PM, NOC & weekend shift To be successful in the role, you would have: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a CNA in skilled nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certificate Prior CNA or caregiving experience is required What's in it for you?
